“Though it doesn't locate in city center, bus is convenient to access. Room is well maintained and you can find good taste of owner from decoration. Owner is hospitality and helpful. It is a great experience of stay in Edinburgh. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay with Alan and Alison (and Mr Tom). The room was the perfect size for us, with a modern bathroom, plenty of closet space, and a comfy bed. The breakfast options worked well for us, with Alan cooking breakfast items as requested. Several buses stop almost at the front door of the property; it was straightforward to get almost anywhere in the city. There were several restaurants and grocery stores a 10-15 walk from the B&B (also accessible by bus). We’d happily stay there……

“It's a little bit far when you walk form train station to hotel , but you can take a bus. Hotel just near the bus stop. Hotel staff is friendly and kindly to introduce the sightseeing information about the town. Living in the hotel is comfortable, and the English breakfast is good.”
