“We only stayed one night, so overall is good and the staff are helpful and you have variety choices of breakfast. There is small issue of the socket, light, and clog drain in the wash basin, but since we only stayed one night so would reflect to ibis directly.”

“Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. I just feel that it was newly opened and everything is in great condition. The breakfast is great, but unfortunately, we were not get notified of the opening times of the restaurant, so we miss one of the breakfasts due to early departure for the train (there was a strike on that day). Apart from that, I will definitely reconsider this hotel when I visit Edinburgh again.”

Reception staffs are chit chatting loudly in the lobby. 5. Showing water are actually cold while the temperature is 4degree Celsius. Will not come again because of the horrible mouse during the night.”

“Staffs at the front desk is very nice. The room is large, with new utilities. It is convenient to go to the city centre or find restaurants nearby.”

“There's no lift and lots of stairs. I was assigned to a room in the basement the first night, the night lights didn't work. They sent in the maintenance guy, but he didn't have the parts to fix them. The door didn't lock well from inside, so I had to put a chair against it. It is unthinkable that they didn't check if everything works in the room before they make arrangements. I stayed in that room for two nights. Then they changed my room. Finally everything worked in the second one, but it's……
