“This is a gem of a Bed and Breakfast that I am so happy to have discovered. It is run by two amazing gentlemen that pay so much attention to detail, it was hard to keep track of all they did for us. My adult son and I spent three days in Edinburgh and we stayed with Mike and Paul in their B&B. We had a very comfortable room, a bathroom attached and easy access to a shower downstairs as well. “Our stay in the hotel was comfortable and the hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. I just feel that it was newly opened and everything is in great condition. The breakfast is great, but unfortunately, we were not get notified of the opening times of the restaurant, so we miss one of the breakfasts due to early departure for the train (there was a strike on that day). Apart from that, I will definitely reconsider this hotel when I visit Edinburgh again.”

“Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all .
