“the bed is large and soft,but there is no tooth.brush and.tooth paste in the bathroom.the bath tub is not.clean.enough.the breakfast is great but they serve.the same. thing everyday.it is good overall.”

“Bad experience ! First night the heater was not working but the supervisor just gave us a portable heater which is noisy and bothering us all night . Luckily the next day we asked them to give us a new room otherwise it would be a disastor . Room cleaning is ridiculously every three days . We asked them to do room cleaning the second day morning but when we returned to hotel around evening , the room was not done cleaning at all . What’s worse is that the supervisor gave us a lame excuse ,……

“The room was good, bed comfortable. The desk staff were good for the most part but the man who checked us in wasn’t particularly clear in his voice. He asked us if we’d booked breakfast - I thought we had. He said it wasn’t showing and asked us to check and come back and let him know. We didn’t come back, of course as 6 floors is a bit far to come down. It was my mistake as my booking seemed to not show the breakfast booking. “The heating in the room was not perfect and the room was cold at night. The bad was not comfortable ,the mattress was too firm to me but i suffer from backache.They have nice swimming pool but the water was cold. Everything else was perfect.”
