“The perfect envioriment for getting back to nature for a peaceful holiday, and also to observe nature being allowed to revert back to its earlier existence. Bamff is apealing to everyone we are not experts but enjoy being in a rural setting. We stayrd for 4 nights, but this was not long enough explore everything the is to see and absorb. But that is the nature of the place, there is always something new and unpredicable to enjoy, from the Cuckoo and the red squirrel, to the pigs ,who lke a good……

“Location, location. If you don't mind winding down a farm road for almost a mile through woodland and field, opening and closing livestock gates along the way this is the place for you! The house is warm and cozy and superbly outfitted. The beds are very comfortable. The lawn and gardens are bountiful, with canal paths and woodland walks right outside your door. We made good use of the wood fired hot tub, the outdoor fire and even the barrel grill. Our contact with the property manager was……

“What a little gem this farmhouse was. Beautiful home, spacious and located in a quiet location close to the sea. Stunning views of the sea and landscape, and great to watch the sunset in the hot tub . We loved it and was sad to leave, thank you for our wonderful stay ”

“The stay overall was great, however, ad shows 4 king size beds which was ideal for us as 4 couples. On arrival discovered 2 rooms are now set up as twins do advert out of date.Property well set up with great facilities and contents. Property was over warm on arrival and took.hours to cool to reasonable temperature. ”

“Its difficult to recommend the property, as it was quite worn in many places, but offered moderate value for money overall. The cleaning of the property needs improvement, as we had to clean rancid milk from the fridge on arrival, which was pretty unreasonable as a starting point, and bathrooms and ither areas were worn and not particulalrly clean. The towels provided were worn, the bathrooms and fitting were old and somewhat dilapidated in areas. Radiators in some areas of the house didnt……

“What an absolutely stunning property. Our room looked out on the ruins of Duffus Castle with golden fields of rapeseed filling out the rest of the composition. The house had everything we needed and felt like a real home (a difficult thing to do!) ”
