“We were greeted by extremely friendly, helpful hosts who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our room was bright, pristine and beautifully presented. The honesty bar was lovely to come back to after our meal out. The room is grand and lots of interesting items to look at. Our night stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was one of the best cooked breakfasts we have ever had. If your thinking about booking a stay, don't think about it BOOK IT!!!!! You definitely will……

“We had a small issue with the self check in as the gate number provided in the email didn't work. I managed to ring the hosts and after a few minutes it was sorted and we were able to gain access. The lodge was very comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped for a self catering stay. Everything you needed to cook a meal including a microwave oven a fridge and a kettle. I loved the 4 highland cows in the field just outside the lodge, this was partly my reason for booking this accommodation. ”

“This has been my favourite find so far. The location is stunning, environment relaxing, the staff are fantastic. I have enjoyed many return visits to dine in the lovely restaurant and to stay. The children feel this is like a home from home and treat some of the staff like family.”

“The room was clean and welcoming and bright. It's furnishings were modern and new. There was a well stocked snack basket and the Tunnock's mallow on the pillow was a welcoming touch. The hotel is situated across the road from the beach and minutes away from shops and restaurants. I would gladly return for a stay in The Folly.”
