“The hotel is unique and positioned on the main road so access is easy. The staff were attentive to the guests, friendly and very obliging. There are no parking facilities at the hotel but there is a multi story car park close by. The hotel is in need of refurbishment, in particular the windows in order to suppress road noise. This is a friendly hotel, ideally situated for the center of town and surrounding places of interest. It does need to be refreshed. ”

“I thought my stay was excellent value for money. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend. ”

“There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. ”

“Magical stay in beautiful country home. Baby bed unavailable it seems but we managed with a small bed. The mattress of our bed was a little used but otherwise there was nothing to fault. The gardens were also really wonderful.”
