“We loved walking around the grounds and down by the river. The trees were amazing. The room service was excellent. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner on site. Convenient location to visit Rosslyn and Edinburgh. ”

“Lovely stay in a nice room with en-suite, loved the old furniture and beautiful bathroom fittings. Staff lovely, continental breakfast with lots of choice. Parking is free, and although it is a very small village it was nice to walk around and the villagers were friendly too. ”

“WOW! What a great place to stay. And it's a CASTLE!!!!! Yes, you're staying in a CASTLE. In SCOTLAND!!! Very convenient to the small fishing towns dotting the coast along the East Neck of Fife. And very short distance from Saint Andrews. We enjoyed a two night stay with breakfast. Room was spacious and very elegant ... as you'd expect from a castle. Owner David was very welcoming and helpful with advice and also offering up a great story or two. An absolute delightful human being. The grounds……
