“A perfect stay and a fantastic location ”

“The property was very clean, and well equipped for self catering simple cooking. It was relatviely spacious. Both the double bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The wifi worked well. It was a great base for exploring the Fife coastal villages, and St Modan's has an excellent smoked fish restaurant.”

“It was a perfect location for the activities we planned on our visit (golf in St. Andrews, whiskey tour at Kings barn, and shopping in Craig for pottery. This location was great for restaurants in town that you could easily walk to.”

“Great communication with the owner. Superb location with sea views from several rooms. Modern kitchen, comfortable beds, many amenities, off street parking and within a short walk to shops, pubs, etc. The personal touch from the owner was much appreciated as well. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lorraine's flat. When we weren't out and about (and getting blown off the golf course by 30 mph winds!) we watched the gannets diving for food just off shore, and the shipping traffic back and forth from Edinburgh. The view of Bass Rock is outstanding.The flat is compact, but it had everything we needed. Besides the Beachfront location, its also an easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we come back to North Berwick”

“The location is very well situated near to the village center aswell as to the beaches. The appartment offers everything you need, although we would have appreciated having more toiletttissue and tabs for the dishwasher. The door to the bathroom and toilett can only be closed from the inner side, as the lock doesn't work properly. Overall the appartement is very cosy and clean. We had only problems to get rid of our trash, as we couldn't find the bin for the flat and aside of that were advised,……
