“The house was perfect for celebrating my son's birthday with family and friends. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone to fit comfortably. Having the hot tub and pool table was great since the weather didnt cooperate. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“We enjoyed staying at the townhome. It was perfect accommodations for our group of three couples. The Holiday Valley shuttle was very convenient to get around town. ”

“Mike is a great host that responds immediately. We were looking for a rustic getaway in the woods that was pet friendly to bring our beloved dog. We enjoyed the yard games, firepit, walking in the creek/woods, and just hanging out in peace and quiet. ”

“This old home provides more than ample space for your group to sleep. It is an old home though and the showers have little water pressure. Hot tub is a very nice place to wind down after a long day on the slopes. The room with some table games is an unheated space that is too cold too spend time in during the winter months. It is tucked away from the nearby towns and when it snows a lot like it did during our trip makes for long slow drives to get to any destinations. The hosts are wonderful and……

“I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly.”
