“We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again. ”

“We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches and stocked so well! We were happy to use the ski in ski out. It’s only about a 5 minute drive into town with lots of fun things to do and shops to explore. Amazing dining too!”

“This updated condo was perfect for our stay at Holiday Valley. The condo was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 adult men to share easily. You can't ask for a better location. We walked out of the condo and looked right at HV's famous Wall run. I gave it 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option.”

“Great place for 2 people. Ski lift walkable and trail head. Great fireplace nice and warm. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs from parking to door of condo inside and out, hallways a bit tight. Took several trips to get all our stuff to and from. ”
