“The location was great, walking distance to the beach, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and not too much traffic on Dune road. The views were amazing and the second level was a perfect entertainment area. We loved how many bedrooms and bathrooms the house had - made it easy to get ready quickly! The property manager was so responsive and helpful to anything we needed! ”

“Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. “Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. “The house and surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Six of our family stayed there and enjoyed how relaxing and restorative it was. The kitchen is quite large with tables for eating inside & outside. The deck has a wonderful view of the bay which is adjacent to the property. It’s a short drive to a very nice beach & family owned farmers’ market. We will definitely return when possible!”

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”
