“This is a great location for a fun time with family & friends”

“The house was everything advertised & more. No one wanted to leave - grandkids loved the pool & hot tub - as well as the rest of us. The patio was beautiful & great to sit & keep a watch on the kids in the pool. So much room & huge kitchen. Samantha was so kind & accommodating. ”

“We were in Batavia for a few days visiting family. The property was well furnished and we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. Overall much better than staying in a hotel and we'd definitely be willing to stay here again.”

“Easy check in, hosts very responsive to messages. The owners were friendly and we even got a tour of the beautiful barn, we enjoyed great views of nature and wildlife from the balcony in the evenings. The space is large and the set up was perfect for multiple families. Highly recommend this place if you need a large space, it’s very clean and well stocked - you can tell owners take pride in their place and want you to feel at home . If my adults kids and I need to be in the area again this……

“We came with our adult kids for our oldest daughter’s wedding and rehearsal dinner. So much packing and unpacking wedding-related accoutrement but this VRBO was insanely perfect for us! The soaring celings! The new bathrooms and ultra sleek and modern kitchen were gorgeous! Tina was easy to reach and very helpful! We loved our stay and are so thankful we found this!💝💙💝”
