“The neighborhood is not good. There was a moldy and smoke smell and within 15 minutes we were getting headaches. The upstairs bedding did not smell clean. The walls above stove in kitchen were greasy. Light switch was missing the switch plate cover. We didnt end up staying. We found another place for the night. Also, there is no central AC. Just a couple window units.”

“This home was exactly as describe. Cozy family retreat. Great quiet neighborhood! Easy in and out. Clear and simple instructions. Perfect for a trip to Niagara Falls. We loved it. We would use again and again!”

“This townhouse is brand new, very nicely furnished and decorated. It is within distance to all the Buffalo area has to offer.The cleanliness is immaculate, and it is well stocked with essentials. John the owner responds within minutes if needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. The visit was only 2 nights, however, so much more relaxing than a hotel and a very quiet neighborhood. “We planned our trip to Williamsville this summer around this home's availability because we loved it so much last year. It is clean and updated. The couches are super comfy and the kitchen is a dream - after a quick trip to Wegman's we were all set for delicious breakfasts. The host gives clear instructions and is very kind. “We've stayed here multiple years and always have a pleasant experience. Host is very responsive if we ever need anything.”

“Loved having a whole house. Master bedroom on first floor along with the full bath. The upstairs has the two other rooms and a half bath. Our older teen kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves, and having a half bath was a bonus for getting ready in the morning. The A/C is window air conditioners, which worked fine.
