"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Steveston Waterfront. It’s in a lovely location, within a quiet neighbourhood, right next to the river and a short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We stayed in their 1-bed suite, which was very spacious with a large bed (felt like bigger than a King). The room was clean and very well kept, and had everything from cooking utensils to kitchen wipes. Check-in was digital, but we found it much more convenient and flexible than the tradition reception desk. The team was very responsive over email — replying to our questions within 15-20 mins. We’d definitely stay again the next time we’re in Vancouver. Highly recommended, and also for the amount of space you get with the price you pay. "

"I waited one and a half hours in the evening at the airport for Quality Hotel's airport shuttle bus !! It was because there was no display of the Quality Hotel logo or name on the side of the airport shuttle bus. Instead, the airport shuttle bus displayed the logo of "Radisson" hotel only !!!! When I told this problem to the reception of Quality Hotel, their response was they didn't care and said that it's the problem of airport shuttle bus.... Can't believe it !! "
