“I found it adventurous as I had always been interested in a log cabin. But our yound adults did not care for it. I enjoyed the surroundings; the serenity of the wooded areas. No regrets. My 91 year old Mom was fine with it as she is used to country living. It is good aftter all.”

“My colleagues stayed here for a two-week work trip. The house was clean and generally comfortable, though the layout was a little unusual at first — they said they got used to it. There was some minor noise from a nearby neighbor, but nothing that caused major issues. The host was responsive, and overall, it worked out fine for their stay.”

“The view is stunning. We watched the sunrise multiple times on their deck overlooking the lake and I never wanted to leave. Even sitting inside I couldn’t stop looking out at the view. We hope to come back every year. We were fortunate to have great weather and just relaxed and floated around in the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely with kind and pleasant neighbors. We grilled out on their large grill and got takeout from nearby restaurants for our supper and lunches we got groceries……

Kitchen is well stocked and beds were comfortable! Loved that we were able to bring our dog with us. The hosts even provided fresh eggs from their chickens for our breakfast. ”
