“For the price it was great! The neighborhood was awesome to get to know. It was safe and clean. You will have neighbors above and beside you which can be noisy. This shotgun style duplex didn’t have much open congregating space for all 6 of us, but plenty of bedroom space, all queen size beds.”

“In town for our daughter's graduation from SLU. Brought Grandma, 2 kids, and the dogs. Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced front and back yard were such a plus. The house was very clean and Jeff was extremely responsive. Also close to lots of bars & restaurants. Would definitely recommend!”

“The house was great. It was close to everything and in a up and coming part of town. The game room was wonderful for the kids and family time. There was plenty of room for everyone. ”

“Perfect location, all the amenities , so clean ! ( suggest leaving a few coffee pods so when guests arrive they know what to purchase ) We found the location central to everything and loved the deck for morning coffee & evening relaxation. The hosting company was accessible & responsive at all times.We felt safe & well looked after. we were 4 people & had more than enough room. Just a wonderful trip, thanks for sharing.”

“Lovely large house that is perfect for large group. Lots of rooms and bathrooms. Great dining table that is nice for eating and games. Beds and linens were fairly comfortable and nice but our group had mixed reviews of the pillows (we made an Ikea run for some cheap ones to use). Quiet and safe neighborhood and close to Target, restaurants, freeways, etc. It was relatively clean but could use better vacuuming - some dusty areas, hair, etc. on floor. Kitchen has nice appliances and plenty……

“We love the CWE and this charming well appointed perfectly situated property. A short walk to all the Euclid, Lindell restaurants. A quick Uber ride to see the Cards. Would definitely stay again.”

“This property was perfect for what my parents and I needed to enjoy our stay in St. Louis. It was a quaint little home to come back to and enjoy each others company after our busy days of venturing out and about. The amenities that were included were great, the beds were so comfortable and the location was ideal, close to just about anything you to see. Dan was phenomenal to communicate and work with as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for just a cozy little spot to relax and……
