“This is our second stay with Carmen and you cannot beat it. Beautiful location, easy check in, comfortable and clean. We didn't arrive until 1 am and had no problem getting through security without the parking pass. We just let her know where we were staying and who we rented through. “The room is very bare bones, no internet and remote to tv didn’t work. The blinds wouldn’t close all the way either. However, the location was great - lots of amenities near by, beach, nice pool, good restaurants and shops. Relatively close to 75 too. For the price, it was a nice stay for a quick weekend getaway. ”

“Cute quaint apartment on ground level. Has all the necessities. Close to everywhere we were going. Priced right for what you are getting. It was clean and not overfilled with stuff, just the basics. Host answered the phone immediately when we called with a door lock issue but it resolved itself while on the phone. Beds were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were nice to have. There is not a list of do’s and do nots waiting for you when you arrive which was a nice change ”

“Very clean condo. Fresh amazing clean scent! Gorgeous view of the bay and a straight shot on same rd if you want to head to Clearwater Beach which is about 20-30 minute drive. The compex doesnt have access to the water and i hadnt realized that but right around the corner of complex is access to Ben T Davis beach on the bay. “Nice clean room- only thing I did not like was the bed was not comfortable for me. The hotel was a little bit away from the beach and harbour, but we did not mind. “We stayed here for two nights in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Could not have been more perfect. It was great to have the clubhouse use, barbecue and pool. Nice grounds very well kept and the cabin was clean. My only complaint was there is not an icemaker in the freezer. Neither did they have ice trays. I would definitely add ice trays at least. Other than that fantastic !! ”
