“Very clean & well maintained property ”

“Delightful property with a great view! We always enjoy this marina area: great food, access to amenities, & the whole place is well maintained. A candid review has to address that this unit doesn’t have a shower head (bathtub only). This needs to be corrected. My husband had an adventure getting clean & so we can’t stay here again until that changes but, if that’s not an issue for you, this is YOUR unit bc it was my favorite one so far (spacious double unit, granite counters, full kitchen,……

“My husband and i needed a place for the night. Instead of paying for a hotel we. stayed in this room at Little Harbor. The room was exactly as stated in the description.The bed was comfortable and tne owner was easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a place for a couple nights and plan on eating at all the great local restaurants, this is your place!place!placerestaurants this e place.I”

“We came to the area for a concert. Before and after the concert we were able to settle in and relax bay side with good food, live music, water, and enjoy the sights and sounds. The condo was perfect. ”

“The surroundings, beach, restaurants were absolutely amazing! Most of our time was spent off property at a trade show & with our local family however we did eat dinner the first night at Sunset Lounge & lunch one day at Hooks. Room had everything we needed.”

“Overall property was in a great location for us. Property was well stocked with essentials. Would definitely would stay again when in that area. Only thing the property needs in new drapes, Trying to get them to close all the way was hard and the patio light shined in all night. ”

“We arrived late at night (which was a little tricky) and spent the next three days really relaxing. The view from the balcony was amazing, and I watched pelicans fish, and saw a dolphin. The property had wonderful amenities. The pool was perfect, and the gym and court areas were also very nice. It was a perfect base location for a relaxing getaway. ”

“This was a great place to stay. View of the water from the spacious balcony was nice, very clean. Walk to swimming pool and restaurant was only a short distance. This resort has its own beach and plenty to do. There was plenty of room for my family to come over and visit with plenty of room to accommodate with a big kitchen. There are no elevators but the room is located near staircase and large balcony with lounge chairs. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to the area.”

“The condo was incredibly clean and had great views. We had problems with the AC in the first unit and they quickly changed us to another unit so it didn’t interfere with our vacation. Very happy overall. ”

“Great cozy room, didn’t get to utilize the kitchen, but it was very nice and had a beautiful view of the bay and the pool area from the balcony. We would definitely stay again. PS, don’t forget your swim trunks out on the balcony.”
