“A humidifier was available but the room was still very hot. One of the two elevators was not working. We were fortunate since our room was still accessible but it was a busy week and since one of the elevators was out of service the wait time was increased. Also, the change machine was out of order. This is a simple thing to address but yet it wasn’t. ”

“Great place and a great location. There is a MAJOR construction project just getting started behind the facility, but the impact was minimal. Room was very nice and the other and the other accommodations were great. Very much enjoyed the stay.”

“I would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty. The fireplace is a known issue and we were told the building is older and therefore it will not work. The water was shut off for a day and there is an occasional smell that comes from……

“The place was very nice. Location was very convient. Walk to the lifts. Hot tubs on side were nice. Only one elevator was working. Room was clean and well kept. There is no fan in the bathroom, need to open windows/door to control heat which is a little high, so the air gets a bit dry. ”

"It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it."
