“我们订的酒店房间比较大，室外有各种秋色小景，附近还有一个小湖，户外景色美丽，我们订的房间共4层，共有多个洗手间，厨房各种炊具齐全，客厅也不小，房间干净卫生，温暖舒适，缺点是酒店太大，我们晚上到达开着车转了二、三圈才找到我们的房间，次日check-out时也是找了一段时间才回到前台。”

“Everything was completely fine with the property with exception of the hot tub. It actually never worked properly, although we were able to use it the first day. After that the temperature was dropping, and the water became a murky yellow green color. We did work with management and they did have it looked at, but in a nutshell, it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. That was a major disappointment, and we did receive a credit afterwards. “The house is very nice, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms for a large group. The kitchen is well appointed (dishes, cookware etc). The hot tub is right out the back door, very nice! The house is conspicuously missing things you expect in a ski house - for example, peg hooks near the door for your ski jacks, pants, a place for your ski equipment in the garage. The only real complaint is the that the property is managed by Berkshire Hathaway and they hound you. We received no less than 8 messages……
