“Warning: do not stay in room 310. Additionally, I would strongly advise you do not deal with or rent with Rocky Mountain Management. I have never written a review before but this place was by far the worst. 1. We were emailed check in instructions with codes for entrance gate and lodge entrance. That morning they changed the codes without letting us know so we could not get in the gate or the lodge. After freezing outside we finally got a return call with proper codes. “7 of us ranging from 24-58 years old. All levels of skiers. East Village is situated at base of black runs but location can’t be beat and you can get from West Village to this location via Blue runs. Lots of room in the condo, clean sheets, pleasant neighbors. 4 pieces missing from kitty puzzle but the puzzle game overall is solid!”

“The townhouse was perfect for our needs. The ski lift at our location was a highlight for my boys. The home was cozy with no detail left unturned. Diane was so easy to communicate with and responded so quickly to any questions. The main bedroom is lovely view of the mountain. Other bedrooms had soft cozy beds as well. The space was just right for our group of 5. Directions were very easy to follow. Garage was clean and warn. It made our first trip to Copper Mountain so memorable. ……

“Nice location and floor plan. well equipped kitchen. Only issue - Downstairs queen bedroom had a smell of pet urine in one corner. Contacted the host twice and received no response. Wanted to note that we had no pet to contribute to that smell. Disappointed that I did not receive a return message or call. Other issue. Unfortunate winter storm which closed I70 to Denver would have left us stranded so we had to leave a day early. Requested some consideration but were told we were out of luck. Ask……

“This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Great location in East Village and a short walk to the lift. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The thing that really stood out were the kitchen amenities. We often bring our own pans/knives because those items in rentals are typically super old and a bit nasty. Not here! Everything was thought of, and we really appreciated it! Would love to stay here again!”
