“Insgesamt ein sehr günstiges Hotel - daher haben wir keine allzu hohen Erwartungen gehabt. Die Lage des Hotels ist halt an einer Hauptstraße, da ist es normal, dass man nachts eine gewisse Lautstärke hat. Dafür waren es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Underground. Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig, unseres sauberer als das der Kinder (im Kühlschrank befand sich noch eine angebrochene Flasche Cola). Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich; wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbetten, für die Kinder aber auf……

“It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday. Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.”

It is well proximate to all transport, shopping, restaurants and an entertaining, ethnically diverse neighbourhood. Staff were exceptional; we had lots of questions about what to see and how to get there, where to eat, etc that Maria, Malgorzata, Anwyn and Zuhaib went to great lengths to fully, patiently and cheerfully answer. ”

“I booked this to get rested after a long drive and didn't get a wink of sleep. So noisy and the walls are thin you can hear the taps shower and doors closing in corridor. Maybe it was noise from kitchen too ”

“I have a problem with My Parking in Morrison basement. Neither the hotel staff or the Morrisons staff could help. I strongly suggest anyone who need parking during your stay, prebook and prepay the parking by “Pay by Phone”. ”
