“My family and I just returned from cape Charles and strawberry street! The house has everything we needed for a perfect stay! A little hiccup with a lock to the shed was immediately responded to and resolved! The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room for my family to spread out and also hang out! The location was perfect and the fenced in yard was well enjoyed by our dog! ”

“We celebrated our anniversary in Cape Charles for a week and stayed in the “Fisherman” unit. The property and home itself were well maintained and cared for. We enjoyed tiny livin for the week and would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone marking a trip to the eastern shore. It may not be directly in the heart of Cape Charles like other properties but that is completely fine, the “community” feel definitely makes up for it. Eric & Sylvia we’re excellent people as well. “This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and historic. Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. Mind you, it's small (hence the name tiny) but perfect for a single, couple, or even with a child. The cottage is as cute inside as outside. Whomever did the decorating is very creative. My only critique is that I don’t think the smoke alarm in the CO2 detectors were listed in the ad and they should be because they definitely are there!We will gladly come again someday.”
