“Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. ”

“Check in and parking was easy and straight forward, The room was clean and cool. Everything was comfy, quiet, private and worked as expected. It is centered on the island and an easy walk to most of the attractions. A nice private retreat in the middle of a classic Virginia ocean side community. Bring your bikes an you won't need a car while your there.”

“The entire parking lot was completely flooded. There was no cover on the stairs leading to the second floor so the wood was extremely slick. We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. In contacting the property manager we were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. And we were just out the money.”

“We had a very nice stay and it was amazing to be right in the beach. The managers were very responsive and attended to any issue we may have brought up right away. You can feel sure that if you stay at one of their properties and any thing is amiss it will be fixed promptly! The unit was in great shape and very nicely laid out for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook but lacked in storage for any food we bought or brought. Fridge was empty and clean and had ice trays. Nice touch……

“We stayed over a long weekend and found this home to be clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We walked everywhere with no trouble and left our vehicle parked in the designated spot, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the shower was great. Communication and check in/check out was clear and easy. Would definitely stay again.”
