“Everything was great and very relaxing. Due to its location on a wooded property the climate of the house was very comfortable. When it was hot outside, it was comfortably cool inside (without ac) and vice versa. The screenshot porch was very relaxing and the house had a lot of items to use and good kitchen equipment. Furthermore Todd is very helpful host! The lake and the surrounding were very relaxing too. We were there with our teenage kids. For them the calm surrounding was a little boring……

“Everything was just as advertised. Clean, comfortable beds, good shower,plenty of cookware. Lake was clear and great for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Owner communication was great. All in the party agreed we would stay here again if in the area.”

“I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years, but this one in Willimantic is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The house had absolutely everything we needed and more, they even had brand new deck furniture ready for us to enjoy.The bed was hands-down the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in at a VRBO or hotel, and the whole environment just felt welcoming and relaxing. At night, you could hear the frogs out in the woods, which gave such a unique and peaceful vibe, it really made the stay……

It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the perfect size for a large family getaway. The fact that it was pet friendly was very important to us.”

“This is a fantastic little property. We stayed here to go to the Brimfield flea market and it was ridiculously close. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and it's got a beautiful view of the lake and a little dock that you can sit on and sip your wine. Gus was absolutely wonderful to work with and there were fresh baked cookies and a bottle of wine when we walked in. As well as some nice little treats in the fridge for us. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay ”

“I truly can’t say enough good things about my stay. The house is exactly like the pictures but somehow even better in person. Everything was so clean and the check in/check out process was very easy. Sarah was so quick with communicating back and had the house stacked with everything you could imagine from plenty of pillows, blankets, tooth brushes etc. The views were beautiful and my dog loved how much space she had to herself. The neighbors are also so friendly and wave when you walk by! So……
