“Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. Nice basement APT with good AC, comfy bed, arcade game, keurig, and the mini fridge had some water bottles which we def needed after the beach. “This house was perfect for the 4 of us. We all had our own bedroom and shared the bath. It’s very clean and close to everywhere we were going! The home is modern and the beds were comfy! I would stay there again. Great home! ”

“The place was perfect for a graduation lunch with some family. Plenty of space and great kitchen area. No problems at all.”
