“The check in process was very easy. The home was airy and bright. My family and I felt the peace and relaxation of the home. The kitchen was large and clean.”

“This house was absolutely charming ! There was so many additions that every time we looked we found hidden gems all over the house -inside and out ! Across the street was the beach which is rocky so wear water shoes if your feet are sensitive. Had a fun time sitting in the porch area and people watching. ”

“The home is very beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of space and great outdoor areas. Well appointed kitchen. Our children loved the big bath tub, hot tub, and beach. My only complaint is the owner showing up unannounced three times to work on the outside of the property (clean hot tub, water plants, etc.) over our 9-day stay. Otherwise communication with the host was great - she even went out of her way to accommodate a request.”

“Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). We were less than 10 min from Stonybrook campus where the lacrosse tournament we……

“Great place, perfect if youre going to the amphitheater and may have a couple drinks, because the walk there and back is not bad at all. Only thing was we were wondering what the earplugs were for, and being so close to the ocean, the seagulls were obviously what they were for. All jokes aside, I highly recommend. It was clean and cozy, and really convenient for our concert”
