“My sister and I came to New Haven for the Cherry blossom Festival. I was presenting as I'm a wildlife educator specializing in birds of prey. My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. What a beautiful magical place. Great place to stay. Thank you Jarrett ”

“Every detail provided for no matter what the need real or imagined, was spoken to. Plenty of kitchen accessories to spark creativity, and nutrition, made cooking an event. Dining area is close to yet separate from kitchen and living room, including separate lighting. Being a visual artist I also enjoyed using different combinations of the lighting while enjoying the books, on and off the picturesque shelves. It must also be added that the Flat screen TV was well placed and set up for multiple……

“The apartment is safe and spacious, it has new bathrooms, updated appliances , great beds, it’s quiet, safe and clean . We had a wonderful time there . The communication with the host was easy and convenient .”

“I stayed for five nights at this apartment and really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is new, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — close to downtown — and having an allocated parking spot is very convenient if you have a car. Overall, a very nice place to stay.”

“Although the apartment is new, it is cheaply constructed pseudo modern style. The owner put in Bare Bones effort to make the place inviting. It's located on the other side of the highway from Yale. It is just OK.”

“Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!”
