“The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. ”

It’s right across the street from the train station, easy walking to shops and dining, and just an overall beautiful apartment. It was clean and cozy with immaculate decorating. “Chic loft in downtown New Haven. It is a city apartment so there is a fair bit of normal city noise. If parking I'd recommend getting New Haven's app and using street parking. No elaborate cleaning procedure at check out was nice. Great communication. Thanks!”

“This loft was so charming, so well appointed. Very thoughtful things, like earplugs by the bed and bakery cookies to enjoy. Very cutely decorated, very close to the Hartford healthcare amphitheater if you’re attending a concert… Which we were. The host left a birthday surprise for my husband because we were celebrating his birthday, which was above and beyond and wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.”
