“I rented this house as a homebase to explore the North shore East End of Long Island. The house is expertly decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and a large fenced in backyard with ample seating for large groups.I would definitely rent this house again. It was very comfortable and ideally located.”

“a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A”

“A group of us stayed there for a work trip and it was the perfect situation for us. The beds were SO comfortable! The decor was vibe! Supplies were plenty. Towels were top quality. The fire pit was so fun to use on our last night in town. Very close to a beach so we could dip our toes in the ocean.There is an airport runway behind the property but the noise wasn’t terrible. ”

“The apartment was beautiful. One highlight for the children was the arcade game in the living room. The view of the water was striking from the living room and bedroom. “Cozy Cottage #3 is exactly that! The cottage was perfect for summer getaway with hubby and two dogs. The cottage had all the amenities we needed-full kitchen, tub/shower, good sized bedroom, and comfortable living room. The backyard was fully fenced so we had no worries about the dogs wandering off after the turkeys we saw strutting down the road. Our stay was stress free due to easy checking in and out and responsiveness of our host Rob. We will definitely book again. ”
