“6 of us stayed here for a music festival. The location, fantastic! Ocean views, check. The bedding, the furniture, kitchen supplies....no amenity was overlooked. Happened to meet owner when were checking in. He was great. Couldn't have been more accomodating. Great great place for a few nights or longer. Wush we were here longer. ”

“We had a lovely family gathering with 14 adults and a toddler - the house was perfect for a large family meal and had room for everyone. Lots of games, a pool table, and electric fireplace were great additions. Rick was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Convenient on site parking. As stated in listing, the bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor, with grand/tall staircases. Overall it was a great place for our family to celebrate together!”

“We had 8 people staying in the house. We were in town for a wedding. The house was well fitted for us. Kitchen had all the dishes we needed. Appliances all worked well. Nice walk to the sound. Neighborhood was kind of iffy but we had no problems. ”

“We visited this lovely house early in the season and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet surroundings and stunning view of the LI Sound. The house was well supplied and the rustic beach community made for a relaxing getaway. The beds were very comfortable and did I mention the view?? We found a great little Italian pizzeria closeby, Marinellis, with amazing Italian food and walked down the 100 steps to the nearby beach. The whole family enjoyed it!”
