“Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. Several options for sleeping arrangements and extra bedding, especially if traveling with kids. Great appliances and kitchen for prepping and eating meals at home rather than spending big bucks 3 times a day (esp when traveling with 4 teens). “We enjoyed our stay overall. The host was always responsive. The apartment definitely has a weird layout but was comfortable. The beds and linens were nice. My only complaint was the pool. I felt it could have been kept up a little better as it is listed as an amenity and the traffic was intense on the road by the house. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. ”
