“This property is a wonderful alternative to the expensive hotels around Greenwich. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. ”

“The perfect place for us to stay when we came to town for a family wedding! There was more than enough room for the whole family in this beautiful home. Everyone had their own room and spa-like bathroom. The grandkids loved it too! So much better than staying in a hotel. Our hosts couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive. An all-around great experience!”

“Duplex unit was clean, as described and perfect for our stay visiting family in Rye. Lots of extra towels and nice welcoming snacks in the kitchen. Super convenient location. Will likely stay there again. ”

“Quiet street, everything we needed! Comfy King Bed and 4 King Pillows, Linens smelled so fresh! We appreciated the king bedroom had nightstand lamps. Plenty of toilet paper, premium paper towel roll, dish soap, sponge, "clean" hand soaps, a (split unit) AC in every room with their own thermostats. Laundry in Kitchen was very useful. (Don't use washer late at night, spin cycle is very loud/vibration though!) We found some laundry soap packets on shelf. Yay!Great space, great deck patio. So……
