“This property gets a -1*, the apartment was beat up, awful odor, plastic glove stuck to shower tile. The furniture was awful, would not sit on couch, I even left my nice blanket there. The building smelled awful, dirty, low income housing. I am trying to get some compensation back 4 weeks later, keep getting run around. ”

“The property is very clean and tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It didn't have a parking but we managed to park on a street nearby.”

“We have stayed here before. Whenever we come back to NY we book this VRBO. Joe the owner is a great guy very patient and helpful. The property has always been immaculate. The location is great. Close to all shopping and great restaurants. Highways and parkways are very easy to get to. You have a reserved parking spot in front of the garage which is awesome especially if you’re out a little late you always have a place to park. There is what I call “The Veranda”. It’s an area outside the front……

“I had such a great time in Stamford! Very lovely town and a very lovely property. It is a 15 minute walk to downtown so I’d recommend loaning a car or using rideshare services. The unit also has quite low ceilings, so it does feel a bit cramped if you’re over 6 foot.Overall, a very great unit and communicative hosts.”
