“This apartment was in a great location blocks from Central Park”

“The apartment was a charming two-bedroom unit typical of the Upper West Side in New York. Its location was conveniently close to all the attractions we intended to visit, and the subway station was just three blocks away, providing easy access to Brooklyn, Princeton, and the rest of the boroughs. I would highly recommend this stay—it was peaceful and, for lack of a better term, very inviting. My teenagers, who are all over 6’2”, found it to be quite comfortable as well.”

“An option for an overnight stay for a couple of days. Everything is old, the hotel level is 2 stars. The location is convenient, transport is nearby, but it was scary to return late.”

“I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates……

“The property was very clean and accomodating for my husband myself and my 2 daughters 5 and 6 yrs old. We were able to put them to bed in the back bedroom with their own tv and stay up ourselves with the complementary bottle of wine left for us! What a treat. The queen size pull out sofa was comfortable. They left us eye masks and the bathroom was stocked with tooothbrushes and mouthwash shampoos conditioner and body wash. Keurig coffee maker was lovely and bottles of water in the fridge. We……

“Well, for those who book on VRBO and end up with NYCShortStays you should know you will not get your check in details until about 45 minutes before your check-in time. They also charge very high fees if you want an early check-in time. It was 229 to check-in two hours before our scheduled time. We didn't get to stay in the original property that we booked on the upper west side because the ceiling caved in the bathroom right before we arrived, so they gave us another property in Hell's Kitchen……
