“My sister and I were on a 10-day vacation of the New England area and came across this gem of a house. It was exactly as advertised on the website. The house was decorated nicely and very welcoming. I loved the front and back porch where we would sit and chat with our morning coffee. I would highly recommend this house and if we were to ever return to the area, we would definitely book this house again. Jim was great with communication too.”

“We needed a last minute place to stay for one night and this place fit the bill. The place was clean. The amenities were sparse but we didn’t need to do any cooking. The only issue was that the apartment is right above a large industrial electrical outdoor trash dumpster and workers were disposing of trash at 3:00am. The machine was loud but the workers were also audible. It happened again at around 8:30am. Not sure if this is a daily activity as we were only there the one day. ”

“After a small glitch to begin the stay, which the owner responded to quickly, it was a pleasant stay. The living area, kitchen and dining area are very nice. So is the front porch and the fire pit is also nice although we did not use it. The half bath on the first level was a nice plus. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are a challenge for elderly ”

“Great apartment in a nice building and the location is nice.Host was great and extremely responsive when we had issues.Downside is parking, we had to park our second car in a lot around the corner and it was double parked when we tried to get our car and we could not get it out. “The house on the lake is clean and very cute. A few things to keep in mind… The stairs to the loft are VERY steep and VERY narrow. So both adults and small children may struggle to get up and down, especially with any type of luggage. There are no closets or dressers for your clothes so maybe bring hangers and a hook for behind the door. Everything else was perfect. ”
