“Very comfortable rockers and Adirondack chairs make it easy to relax and enjoy the lake view. Our bed was comfortable, and Nile supplied all we needed with linens and soaps. We appreciated all the space and large dining table. Lake is beautiful. Very enjoyable stay. Exceptional communication with our host. ”

Vladimir is very quick with communication, the home was immaculate, the master suite was cozy and the bed very comfortable. “My family and I were staying in town visiting friends. The house is lovely to stay at and well appointed. Communication with our host was easy and prompt. Mom loved the bathroom setup. The only thing I would change is maybe a streetlight near the driveway, but that could be because I am terrible at finding new places at night. We would absolutely stay here next time we visited. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. You are greeted by three happy dogs. The pool was spectacular, we enjoyed easy access to trails at Talcott state park. ”

“We rented this place for the first time for a family gathering. The setting was very private and “country-ish”. For the most part everything listed was present at the place and there were enough sleeping options for our crew. Overall - the owners were nice and fairly responsive but there was a level of disappointment to the care of the property and more importantly the preparedness for our arrival. They said the pool and hot tub were cleaned and ready but the pool was still dirty and the hot tub……

“This cozy cottage is exactly as listed and so much more! It is very spacious inside and was immaculate. The hostess left us waters and snacks which was a nice touch when we arrived. The firepit was so nice to enjoy on a chilly night. The house was situated very close to White Memorial Conservation Center and to downtown Litchfield. It was simply perfect and we will definitely be back.”
