“This property was quite cozy and clean, with all the amenities one could want. The decoration was very cute and the location was amazing, especially for 4th of July since the beach is right outside. However it is important to note that the beach is rocky, not sandy, and gets quite shallow so it’s not the best for swimming. Nearby walnut beach and silver sands beach are both great for swimming. We never saw the upstairs neighbors and they were very quiet.”

“Two words perfectly describe this property. Charm and Character seasoned with history. It is a comfortable place to be, and you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms was just what our group of 7 needed. Be sure to look at the painted door in one of the 1st floor bedrooms. The kitchen has all you need to make a feast. On Christmas day we cooked a 15lb stuffed turkey with 4 side dishes, gravy, and an apple crumble. We could've done a pie but nobody wanted to……

The house is expertly decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and a large fenced in backyard with ample seating for large groups.I would definitely rent this house again. It was very comfortable and ideally located.”

“ This joke of a property management and Vrbo double booked the property so when we got there after 6 hours of driving, we couldnt stay there! Both the property management and VRBO did more to try and deflect blame on one another instead of just refunding my money asap. I had to wait a week and a half before vrbo approved the refund because of it! If you stay here, call the property management first so you can make sure you're not getting screwed like we did! ”
