“The house and property were beautiful! It was well appointed and supplied all necessities plus. The cabana and the extras like floating devices were great to have. We swam in the water and used the canoes. The basement was LOADED with fun games that everyone participated in. They even had a kids area, including toys for infants!! Communications with the host were very responsive. We had zero issues and enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend this property!!!”

“The online reviews and the accuracy of what was advertise pretty spot on. Well stocked, I underestimated the towels provided part lol. We were able to extend our stay since lucky for is there was availability to extend the stay. So cozy, pictures doesn’t really do justice, but the atmosphere was amazing. We had a relaxed enjoyable vacation my children enjoyed it every moment they could. The peace and tranquility, the hammock to porch swing, I mean it was a perfect retreat for our family. Jasons……

“If you are looking for a home that will fit a group of 8, look no further. This home was just the right size for our group of six adults and two children (9 yr olds). Two of the rooms had king beds and the other two were queen beds. Couches were really comfortable and cozy. The washer and dryer was a life saver! We came to New York to visit a Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick for some tours. Overall, I highly recommend this place.”
