“We needed a last minute place to stay for one night and this place fit the bill. The place was clean. The amenities were sparse but we didn’t need to do any cooking. The only issue was that the apartment is right above a large industrial electrical outdoor trash dumpster and workers were disposing of trash at 3:00am. The machine was loud but the workers were also audible. It happened again at around 8:30am. Not sure if this is a daily activity as we were only there the one day. ”

“We greatly enjoyed are stay here. Apartment was spacious and clean. Our daughter loved playing with the animals, particularly the dogs and cats. Picking strawberries was also a lot of fun for her. Close to many activities and restaurants. Even got to use the pool when the weather cooperated.”

“This is a one bedroom apartment in a VERY quiet building. I could listen to birds outside all day long; very unusual in an apartment setting, especially during the day. The apartment has a spacious living area, kitchen and bedroom and very functional bathroom. Truly couldn’t find a better, cleaner, more appealing and private place to stay in Manchester. The care of the owner in every aspect is obvious. ”

“We checked out early. The place had mold/mildew. Power went out and the place was dark. Not suitable for human use without major renovations and updates.”

“Overall the experience was somewhere between just ok and good. Most of my expectations were met, but not all. First impressions are what they are. The place looked kinda like someone had just left it and didnt get a chance to double check that all the dishes were washed, even though the clean dishes on the drying rack were wet. Between that and the fact that someone used a key to unlock the door and came in, without knocking, on my first morning there and the vibe had been soured. The host……

“Great place in a very nice part of the city. Walkable and lots to do around, and a reasonable parking garage right across the street. Apartment was clean, comfy and easily accessible.”

“7 family members and my daughters bff. We had plenty of room for everyone. Great location to places we needed to go to. Plenty of parking, great neighborhood. Host was great in responding when needed them, couldn’t find the remote for the sailing fan. Plenty of space for people to sit and eat. Plenty of space for us to sit in the living room talk and play games. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice size fridge for all your food and drinks. Highly recommend this host and their house!!Thank you again ”

“My 18 year old found this amazing spot, for our Anniversary! We wanted a lakeside getaway and this was ideal in so many ways. We spent the afternoons at the lake and when the weather permitted, we had breakfast there too. It rained both nights which also allowed us to have cozy indoor time together. We had puzzles to choose from, the record player was always on and what a vast range of music to choose from. While we caught up on a few TV shows, we grilled on the conveniently positioned BBQ……

“This home was absolutely fantastic and perfect for our family trip to see our daughter graduate from Mt. Holyoke. The home was 35 minutes away from the college and 10 minutes from the town of Westfield …… game on TV. It was absolutely lovely. The communication with the property owner was great. He answered our questions quickly. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!”
