“The cottage was very clean and well equipped. when we got there it was exactly as it was described. It is in a lovely quiet location, just down from a beautiful sunset every evening. We will certainly be coming back next year.”

“The cottage is exactly as described in the listing and in the pictures. It’s an adorable little Cape Cod cottage on the cove. 500 square feet is big enough for 4-5 people. The bathroom was surprisingly larger than expected! small kitchen but that along with the outdoor grill provides enough for cooking daily meals. If you are looking to cook a large meal I would suggest bringing larger pots/pans as there are limited supplies given the size of the place. The small beach and dock are public but……

“This house was very comfortable to stay in! The kitchen had a variety of spices, oil for cooking, aluminum foil to sandwich bags to use. It was very quiet which helped as we were out shooting at night until the wee hours of the morning! :-) The pictures provided are very accurate as well. The host was easy to communicate with and replied to questions really quickly. I loved the video provided on how to use the door lock - very helpful! ”

“The property was clean, cute, cozy, and overlooks the ocean. Other than a little more sunshine and a little less rain, I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with property manager was the best I have experienced. ”

“I’ve been traveling for 20 years and never encountered anything like this. We selected this property for its location and the central air conditioning, as I have 3 little kids and like to keep the property secure at night with the windows shut. We let Tara, the property manager, know the air conditioning was broken on our 1st full day at the property. On our 2nd day, around lunchtime, I asked by text if they’d had any success in contacting a repairman. Tara surprisingly replied that AC for the……

“Plenty of deck space, TV's, WiFi, couches... and close to a lot of beaches, both salty and freshwater.”

“Cozy and Qwaint would've stayed longer if there is availability. Love the apple trees. We picked of few of them in the morning and cook them up for breakfast with a little bit of oatmeal instant pack they provided”
