The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!”

“Place was great for us and the kids. It's small but enough room where you don't feel cooped up and ar bumping into eachother. House is clean and stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, beach supplies and even sunscreen) unlike many other places. Beach was great at high tide to swim. Low tide was nice but had to walk really far out to cool off. Was happy to have AC/minisplit to cool off with this heat. Would definitely come again.”

“Perfect place for our nine day Cape Cod adventures! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside deck, the firing, the boat dock, chairs, and I even took the kayak out twice, which was very, beautiful and relaxing. We only did breakfasts at the cottage, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part of the cottage for us were the E bikes!! We did so many bike trails with them, and even took them on the……
