“Sadly we were only here for a couple of nights, but this place was very nice. I manage vacation rentals myself and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of this place, especially considering the size of it. The house is great for a family with lots of room to spread out. Our grandkids enjoyed tinkling on the piano and playing in the backyard. Would definitely choose to stay here again!”

“We needed to find a VRBO last minute between Ludlow & Hartford large enough to accommodate 5 adults & a dog. A beloved family member had passed. We had several events to attend in a few different locations. This was the only VRBO to meet these needs. I cannot thank Matt enough for his timely & helpful communications. He was also honest about the condition of the rental. I read all the reviews for which most were accurate. The most positive aspects for us were the clean, soft & comfortable beds.……

“My group stayed for 3 nights while we were at a horse show in Northampton. It is a lovely home that accommodated are group well. The outside lights were on when we got there, so helpful on a very dark and rainy night. There were so many extra towels, the house was so spacious and clean. The kitchen was well appointed with things to cook. I hope that we get to use the outside deck we return. We are looking forward to returning in September. ”

“Pristine can mean several different things. My interpretation was to be “like new”. This dwelling did not quite live up to that standard, but was clean, sans the “mud room” and what appeared to be mold on the peak of the ceiling above the living room. The original listing stated firewood was provided by the host. Then, the checkin instructions stated guests provided their own. Not huge, just misstated in the listing (since changed). There was a power outage while we were there, thus no……

“The house was clean, well decorated and stocked. A all around. Only downside, the info stated there was a hot tub but there was not a hot tub. Also i tried messaging Rose and i didnt get a response. Not sure if thats an app issue or not. Otherwise, I'd stay here again if needed ”

“We had a fantastic time. Unbeatable views, very comfortable sofas and squashy chairs to relax, and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality bakeware, knives, and anything you might need for food prep. My kids (6 & 10) loved the direct access to the lake and we all enjoyed looking for wildlife! I would book this property again in a heartbeat. ”
