“Horrific service. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived. I called when I was 5 mins from the hotel to make sure my room was ready which is when I found out they decided to cancel my reservation with the reason being because I chose to pay at the hotel vs. pay in advance so they gave my room to someone willing to pay……

“We had a great time at the house – it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, after our stay, we realized we had left a winter coat and a blazer. We immediately contacted the property manager, who confirmed they had found our belongings and promised to send them to us. Despite multiple emails and their initial confirmation, they stopped responding and never sent our items. This was very disappointing, especially given the cost of our stay. “Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!”
