“Overall the room was clean, recently remodeled & was a good deal for what we paid. Bed was very comfortable too. One complaint if I was being picky was that we only got 1 pillow each, and there were no others in the room, so it would’ve been nice to have an additional pillow (again being picky)! Also didn’t like that they required $100 up front, in case of incidents. I had to use debit card which meant waiting 5-7 days to get back deposit. But I did get my money back after 5 days.”

“Staff at the Bay Watch were friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms were clean with the exception of the towels and bed linens that seemed to be a bit dingy (may have been just hard stains to get out) Otherwise, pool was excellent, location good and quiet, and for the price, I would highly recommend trying it out!”

“Check in was not good. I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. The room was aweful, smelled bad, what felt like a hole in the floor under the carpet and the door was already wide open when I got to the room. ”

“We had a great time at the house – it was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, after our stay, we realized we had left a winter coat and a blazer. “Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy.
