“This was by far one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The unit we were given was not the one advertised. It had a completely different layout, address, and furnishings. Nothing matched the photos or description on the listing.At no point during booking were we told that we would be placed in a different unit than the one shown. We only found out after arriving, when the door code didn’t work and we were told they simply assign whatever unit is available. That kind of approach is……
