“We were looking for a place to stay for New Years Eve in Birch Bay - It had everything as advertised and a bit more - we did have some plumbing issues, but the host took care of that right away, which was awesome - would stay again”

“Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. ”

There was a useful binder filled with all sorts of information and it was helpful with finding a local market. “The 5 of us had a great weekend getaway and the large space was perfect for our extended family in the area to visit. The rooms were spacious, kitchen was well stocked with cooking stuff, beds were comfortable and the renovated bathrooms were nice. Overall it was a great space and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. ”

Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me.”
