“We had a fantastic weekend in this space. The building is right next to the stairs that take you to the beach when the tide is out. We spent a lot of time in the big Adirondack chairs on the patio. Conveniently, the fencing around the patio was secure enough that our little 8-lb dog could not escape. “We loved our weekend getaway at this wonderful studio. From the minute we walked in, we were impressed with the welcoming style, comfortable furniture, gas stove and a deck overlooking the bay. The location is perfect; on the water and minutes away from anything you could want, from art galleries, shops and restaurants, to coffee shops and grocery stores. “Susan was very responsive and flexible. The apartment was spotless. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. The location was perfect for early morning walks with our dog and tons of shopping and restaurants. And the bed was so comfortable and had quality linens. ”

“Lovely view from three separate areas. Pretty well supplied, much more than two of us needed so consider pairing with two others & you’d still be comfy. Overall very comfortable and clean. Not much outdoor space for a dog close by & a few other minor issues. ”

“So many nice about the property, wonderful location, quit, spacious, comfortable. However, the furnishings are a bit shabby and soiled, kitchen jammed with owners stuff, some of which is unusable or soiled. Tile in master bath is moldy. All of these issues could be easily addressed making this an all five star property.”
