“We arrived at unit XXXXA at 7:40 p.m. and were finally able to enter an hour later. Vacasa had sent me 10 emails before our arrival, all with the wrong unit number (XXXXA) and incorrect check-in instructions. It was dark and raining, and after spending about 15 minutes trying to get in, I called Vacasa. It took 10 minutes to reach an operator and another 10 minutes for the property manager to call me back. To make matters worse, the instructions directed us to a unit two doors to the left……

“Killer spot just off the ferry. Super clean, sweet beds, walk to everything. Disc golf in Roche Harbor was amazing!”

“This place is perfect for a small family, it has everything that you might need. We appreciate that the two rooms were at the opposite end of the house, it allowed for privacy. Ryan was great at communicating, and we’re definitely going to stay here again soon.”

There is a common area with kitchen that includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. The only thing that's missing is air conditioner in the room. There was a portable fan. “This property did not disappoint it’s very cute and cozy and was a perfect weekend getaway that felt like we were far from home but really not. I have spent my childhood on Lummi Island just down the road from here at 4030 which belong to my family for over 45 years and miss it since it was sold. The Haven is a great little place, had all the comforts of home. It very clean and decorated nicely. We will definitely visit again! ”
