“The only thing that I did not like about this property is the water pressure hard to take a shower very low pressure in the water and the cleaning lady didn't clean the floors enough times little Dusty but otherwise all in all I would rent it again yes comfortable quiet very good hard to rinse but otherwise very nice area very nice area”

“We got to this area of Florida annually for spring break, primarily to get away from the grayness of the long Michigan winter. We stayed 7 days at this property and had a great experience. The first several days were very hot (which we loved) but I’d did overload the community power grid and the entire area lost power for about three hours. I informed the property manager and they replied immediately with an estimated time of restoration. This happens at home in the summer so I didn’t find this……

“Plain and simple, false advertising!!! The flooring is falling apart and coming separated from one another, the outside is not well kept and dirty, the dishwasher isn’t even mounted to the cabinets or the counter top! The whole thing moved when I went to open the door to it! The ceiling is falling apart in the hallway and the bathroom has the paint peeling/chipping away from the walls. The ceiling fan light did not work in one of the rooms. The furniture there is not what’s in the picture, nor……

Location was in a quiet neighborhood about 25 minutes from Lakeland. Very clean property, easy keypad door entry on arrival. comfortable beds and cold AC. Would definitely recommend!”

“The property was everything the photos promised. The location was central to all our favorite golf courses.The neighborhood looks rough but is very quiet.It gets an A from us.”

“This home is brand new! Very modern and decorated beautifully. This home is maybe 5 minutes away from Legoland and any stores you might need.Our property manager responded to our messages right away and was very kind and professional. He was even able to get us checked in a little early since we were tired from our long drive.The coordinates for the home are a little confusing, but it is only necessary because the home and the community are so brand new that google doesnt know the address……

“Plenty of room inside and out. The couch isn’t very comfortable and the tv is too high up to comfortably watch. Only 1 bathroom and tub/shower has a large window in it with peeling stick-on window cover. It worked though for a couple of nights stay. ”

“This was our annual mission trip to be with our special needs family. This house provided the perfect place for us to rejuvenate every evening. Location was convenient. Praying next year we will not have to contend with so much road construction. ”

“This was a great property for my family to stay at. The place was clean and had every thing that we needed. We did have a couple issues during our stay but the property manager went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of quickly so we could enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this property.”

“When we arrived, the property did not look at all as nice as advertised. The hot tub was dirty and almost empty and there was frog in it. One of the showers water temperature adjuster was broken. The refrigerator filter needed to be changed, and hot water come out of the dispenser. We also rented the Tiny House next to the big house. Arriving the Tiny house was hot like a sauna!! The air conditioner took a full day to cool the place down and the ceiling fan was broken. Same weeks before our……
