“Nice spot close to everything but still quiet and private. It was nice to have some extra stuff around, like coffee and sugar. The host was on hand when needed and everything was smooth and easy. This was a great spot to get a few days or work done. ”

“Family owned and operated rentals, they have several in the area. Was such a cute and cozy little stay. Quiet area very conveniently located to everything you need. Was here for a volleyball tournament so really just needed it for a place to shower and rest and it was perfect for just that! Ran into a few hiccups when we got there but I contacted the host and they responded and corrected it super fast! Super nice and responsive host, will definitely stay in one of their rentals again! ”

“The information for check in was scarce, and a few phone calls were needed, only to find out that the property was not cleaned, and the host didnt follow up prior to our check in until it was too late and we arrived. The were also 16 stairs you needed to carry your luggage up to the first floor and then another 20 to get to the bedrooms and laundry. The walls were paper thin also!”

“The facility is remarkably clean and organized, positioned in a safe neighborhood near gas stations, grocery stores, and a community park.”

“The host was very nice. We were getting in late due to late flight. She had the lights on, drinks and snacks out. The property was as listed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely stay there again.”

“It was a cute, clean and well kept Apt. that had plenty of toiletries and the little things you might need. There is a nice size kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and has a private entrance. Natacha responds quickly to questions and checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything. I would definitely stay here again when in Lakeland.”

“Nice little place to stay for a few days. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Modern decor is easy on the eyes. Everything was neat and clean. The pillows on the bed are too hard to be comfortable for sleep but there are softer ones in the closet. The coffee bar could use a press on /off light under the shelf. The air dryer bearings are failing so device needs replacement. Overall a solid 9/10”

“Is an easy eight minute drive over to the sea base and great places to eat around there”

“We stayed 1 night here and it was amazing! The studio was super cute and brought a home feeling! It was perfect for a small trip for our cheerleading competition at the RP funding center! I would most definitely stay here again! Communication, cleanliness and area was amazing! I don’t have any complaints at all! This is def a must stay place! ”

“The place to stay was fine, but there were no instructions or helpful information about common questions like how to get additioal towels, , what if any room servicing would be provided, what is available on the limited tv apps (e.g. no sports),etc.”

“What an awesome stay and getaway. Decided to try something different while in Lakeland and luckily this popped up. Absolutely loved being on a farm with the peace and quiet. Would go back again and again. ”

“Everything about the place was very dated, like back in the 70's. The bed was uncomfortable, felt like the box had no support in the middle. Some of the small kitchen appliances shouldn't have been there as they were old and sticky-dirty. We could have used measuring cups, and an electric kettleThe bathroom had a dank smelly odor.The host was very accommodating and friendly, responding quickly to any issues.The tv, cable and internet were great.The use of the golf cart was a great bonus!All in……

“The suite was clean, comfortable, quiet and very private, located in a nice neighborhood. Parking right by the private entrance. Microwave, mini fridge/freezer and table were great for having breakfast and some of our other meals in the suite. Super easy check-in and check-out. Unobtrusive host with good communication. We had no issues whatsoever. Incredibly reasonable price. Location was great for exploring Lakeland area. Highly recommend.”
